The application is used internally by a logistics company and is under ongoing development. It connects customer requests and shipments with their documents, invoices, payments and reports.

From a WhatsApp enquiry to a property viewing
The AI-powered WhatsApp assistant supports estate agents with property information, lead qualification, suitable property recommendations and viewing appointments. Its capabilities also include sharing images and videos and handing conversations over to a human agent.

- Support property enquiries through WhatsApp, from the first question about a property through qualification and suitable recommendations to arranging a viewing. A human agent can take over the conversation when needed.

Do you also take on existing applications?
Yes. I also take on existing projects for maintenance, bug fixes, modernisation or new features.
How are costs and scope determined?
That depends on the scope, the features you need and your existing systems. We start by clarifying the requirements; for more complex projects, a short discovery phase can be helpful. On that basis, you receive a clear proposal covering scope, effort and implementation.
Do you only work with local businesses?
No. We can work together on site in the Vilsbiburg/Landshut area or entirely remotely – in German or English.
